Individual therapy
Psychotherapy for children
Therapy with children requires a sensitive and adaptive approach, allowing them to express their emotions and experiences in a way that is natural and comfortable for them.
In the sessions, I use playful and creative techniques, such as games, drawing or stories, which facilitate communication and addressing their fears, insecurities or changes in their environment.
I work in collaboration with parents to support the child in a comprehensive manner and contribute to their emotional and social development.
Psychotherapy for teenagers
Adolescence is a time of great change and challenges, as young people face questions about their identity, relationships, self-esteem and purpose.
In therapy with adolescents, I offer a space of trust where they can freely express their thoughts and emotions. I address common issues at this stage, such as anxiety, interpersonal relationships, social pressure and self-concept, working so that each adolescent develops tools that help them face their challenges and build a healthy and secure identity.
Psychotherapy for adults
In adult therapy, I address a variety of issues and challenges that may arise at different stages of life, such as stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, personal crises and personal development.
My approach is integrative and holistic, adapting therapeutic techniques to the individual needs of each person. Sessions offer a safe and confidential space to explore aspects of life that cause discomfort, helping each person to find greater balance, self-knowledge and emotional well-being.
